  1. Dear Sir or Madam,
    I'm writing to complain about the time I wasted in line's bank yesterday. When I through the doors it was 11 o'clock, but I had to stay in line until 11 and a half to be attended. There were only two cashiers when the bank's opened and the one who attended me didn't solved my problem because I wasn't in my bank's agency. So, I looked for the manager but he didn't have arrived yet. And I left the bank dissatisfied and late to work.
